URExpertz operates a web-based platform located at www.urexpertz.com ("Site") that connects clients ("Clients") with experienced technical consultants ("Consultants") across various domains. By accessing or Registering our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not Register to our Site.

Services

URexpertz provides a platform that facilitates the connection between Clients and Consultants. Clients can search for Consultants based on specific criteria such as technical domain and geographical location. Once a suitable Consultant is identified, Clients can contact need to pay charges for Contact Details of the Consultant. The Client need to directly contact the Consultant to negotiate terms and conditions. URexpertz's role is limited to facilitating these connections; we are not responsible for any interactions, commitments, or agreements made between Clients and Consultants. Incase Client opts to avail a initial Consultancy over telephone the necessary fees shall be levied and one preliminary consultancy over telephone shall be provided by the Consultant.

URexpertz reserves the right to reviews the charges and fees for services provided by the platforms to teh Client from time to time. URexpertz also reserves the right to review the rates of Subscription from time to time.

User Registration

• Clients: To access the Consultants Contact Information and other features of the Site, Clients is be required to register and create an account in www.urexpertz.com. Clients agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. By registering the clients agrees to the Terms and Conditions of URexpertz LLP as applicable to him/her.
• Consultants: Consultants interested in offering services through urexperz.com must register by providing correct details including educational qualifications, professional experience, contact information etc. Each Consultant will undergo an evaluation procedure and those completed the evaluation preocedure sucessfully their name shall appear in the search result. By registering the as Consultant, one agrees to the Terms and Conditions of URexpertz LLP applicable for Consutants.

User Responsibilities

• Clients: Clients are responsible for independently verifying a Consultant's qualifications and credibility before entering into any professional engagement. URExpertz disclaims any liability for claims made by Consultants regarding their qualifications or experience. Clients agrees that they have understood that they will be charged for sharing the contact details of the Consultant. Client also agrres that even if they paid aditional fees for a preliminary Consultancy apart from availing contact details they may not get all their queries satisfied during the telephonic interaction with client and URexpertz LLP is not liable for their lack of full satisfaction and no refund shall be entertained once the preliminary consultancy provided.
  
  Before commencing any project, clients should clearly define the scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms & schedule in a written agreement with the consultant.
  
  Clients are responsible for fulfilling the project requirements as outlined in the agreement without causing any direct or indirect harm to the reputation of URexpetz.
  
  
• Consultants: Consultants are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. Any false or misleading information may result in removal from the platform.

Independent Relationship

URExpertz serves solely as a facilitator connecting Clients with Consultants. We are not a party to any agreements or contracts between Clients and Consultants. Both parties acknowledge that URExpertz is not responsible for the performance, quality, or outcomes of any services provided.

Confidentiality

Users may receive confidential information during their interactions. Both Clients and Consultants agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.

Payments

• Clients are required to Pay Charges for the contact information of the Consultants as per the fees fixed by the URexpertz from time to time.
• Clients may opt for preliminary telephonic conultancy in addition to the contact info. In such cases additional fees to be paid by client as per the fees are fixed by the URexpertz from time to time.
• Consulants are required to pay the scubscription fees as per the fees fixed by the URexpertz from time to time.

• It is clearly stated that Clients will be charged with platform charges for sharing the contact details of the Consultant which is not the fees of consultants.
• In case Client opts for a preliminary Telephonic Consultancy then he/she will be required to pay the approriate fees. In such case may not get all their queries satisfied during the telephonic interaction with client and URexpertz LLP is not liable for their lack of full satisfaction and no refund shall be entertained once the preliminary consultancy provided.

Feedback and Reviews

Clients and consultants are encouraged to provide honest and constructive feedback against each other in case Client opts for a preliminary Telephonic Consultancy.

Limitation of Liability

URExpertz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Uers use or inability to use the Site.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
• Any content obtained from the Site.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless URExpertz, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Modifications to Terms

Dispute Resolution

URexpertz shall have no liability in resolving the disputes between the Consultant and Client. Any dispute between Consultant and Client has to be resolved by themselves without involving URexpertz because URexpertz acts as platform provider only.

Any dispute arising between URexpertz and users (i.e. client or consultant) will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to arbitration, or any Court within the Kolkata only.
